Ponte las Pilas, Chicago is a call to energize our communities and stand in solidarity with those most vulnerable to the impact of current policies and ICE presence in our city.
In Spanish, “ponte las pilas” means “put in your batteries” — a friendly push to get moving, step up, and take action. Across Chicago, we use it as a rallying phrase for neighbors who believe that small, consistent acts of care and solidarity can power real change. Whether it’s showing up at a food distribution, standing with families during hard times, or simply checking in on one another, Ponte las Pilas, Chicago! reminds us that we each have a role in keeping our city charged with hope, courage, and compassion.
Proceeds from every purchase will be directed towards Chicago-based organizations leading with love and humanity to uplift and protect our fellow Chicagoans impacted by current challenges.
